Color Light Therapy 크로 모 테라피
There are researches based on the influences of lighting ambient to human body. In a controlled laboratory with constant temperature and humidity, different LED lamps with different color temperatures and illuminations are made by various LED light bars. Then, heart rate variability (HRV), electrocardiogram (ECG) of the subjects are measured by using non-invasive measurement, and analyzed. The analysis of heart rate variability (HRV) is used to understand the activation of both the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system conditions, which is as an indicators of autonomic nervous system excitation, and assay the differences in different lighting situations.

To understand how color light can cause a physiological change inside a human (or animal) body?
The outstanding characteristics of Light enable the light to penetrate not only the skin but also the underlying tissues and the nervous systems. Thus the positive effect of Color Light is not limited to the treated skin area.
Color Light has bio-stimulative effects: when applied to the skin, it stimulates light-sensitive intra-cellular structures and molecules. This initiates cellular chain reactions and triggers so-called secondary responses, which are not only limited to the treated skin area.

Color Light Acupoint Therapy Instructor profile:
Kitty Kwong is a color light acupoint therapy (Colorpuncture) professional. In 2012, she received the International Natural Medicine Achievement Award from the International Society of Natural Medicine (INMA). She is currently a part-time lecturer in the Color Light Therapy Program at the International College of Natural Therapy (INC).
Twenty-five years ago, Ms. Kitty Kwong natural physiotherapist moved to Canada from Hong Kong to live a new life and gave birth to her second son. Due to changes in the living environment, imbalance of hormone secretion in the body and excessive stress, she also suffered from anxiety and postpartum depression. She took the traditional medicine after the diagnosis of depression, but there were side effects after taking them.
Therefore, she began to look for alternative treatment options. Through self-healing processes and effects, she excels in color light acupoint therapy, holistic health analysis, psychotherapy, Enneagram nine-type personality analysis and personal growth programs.
